Tampa Police Chief Brian Dugan believes the killings are connected based on their close proximity and time frame. However, Dugan is refraining from labelling the unknown suspect as a serial killer.

It's a fucked up situation. I work near there and have friends that live there.
Unfortunately...one person, with a gun, can do some random ****. And it's damn hard to catch them. He'll be found. And when he's convicted, he'll get to meet Old Sparky (What we used to call the old Electric Chair in FL)...or whatever they call the new execution method nowadays.
This **** reminds me of the DC Sniper from several years back...
