The trading at the top of the draft in this simulation was crazy. I traded back with Oakland and Jacksonville to move to 4 and picked up two extra 2nds, a 3rd and a 4th. That would be awesome if it happened. Not that it would though.Your score is: 4704 (GRADE: B+)

While this draft would be stupendous, it isn't realistic. It's pretty easy to go hog wild on the simulators that allow trades.

I did say in my post, "not that it would happen"
I didn't even propose any of the trades. They were all computer simulated trade proposals. On the first-pick website, there's usually a couple of different trade options. But like I already said, and you echoed, not too much of it is accurate

I'm not sure why all the draft experts had him so low to begin with. I'm not saying he's the best OT prospect (although others do), but he has the size, body type, and athleticism that team value. The biggest concern w/ DJ was his weight (reportedly played near 280lbs last year), but he weighed in yesterday at 307lbs. He's a legit franchise LT prospect imo.

They just added another BigBoard from Matt Miller @nfldraftscout to fanspeak.com. The site will be updating the 'composite' ranking next week.
1 - R1P1 QB JAMEIS WINSTON FLORIDA STATE
34 - R2P2 DE OWA ODIGHIZUWA UCLA
59 - R2P27 OT ERECK FLOWERS MIAMI (FLA.)
106 - R4P10 CB SENQUEZ GOLSON OLE MISS
154 - R5P26 OG JEREMIAH POUTASI UTAH
168 - R6P8 WR STEFON DIGGS MARYLAND
The more of these I see, the more I feel that getting a DE w/ our 2nd pick will provide the best outcome. This is a pretty deep class of OT and the odds seem to be better that we can find opening day starters at both DE and OT if we draft them in that order.
The '2nd tier' of pass rushers (Harold, Owa, Preston Smith, Orchard, Hunter?) are all gone by pick 65. But a quality OT seems to fall every time. That's using various B available on the site.
A fun exercise either way..
