Damn, apparently EA wasn't happy with Andromeda. According to sources, BioWare Montreal(ME:A dev) has been downsized into a support studio, and the ME series has been put on hiatus for the time being.

Montreal was originallya support studio. They started out making the DLC for ME3. Also, this was done with DA2'ss studio, the majority of the lead people were pulled off to work on ME3, and there were still two pretty large pieces of DLC for DA2. I suspect that this is more due to Bioware having a new IP coming out in the next coupe of years along with the nextDA following that. Simply put, the next ME is probably not even past the preliminary writing stages so they're moving resources around until they're needed to work on ME again.

How so? You should just be able to reinstall.

I dunno. Game refuses to start at all, and Xbox support has no clue what to do. I've reinstalled it 3 times, reset mutiple times, and even did a factory reset...none of which worked

Before it broke, I got the Eos freeze glitch so I'm thinking that maybe it was trying to autosave when it froze and something got corrupted.

That's really bizarre. What support should do is just give you another copy of the game.

Edit: And have you tried contacting Bioware or EA directly? Their customer support is actually pretty damn good.
