This is why I don't shop at walmart

That also. But with the trannies taking over the bathrooms at Target I just shop online for household goods. :P

I try to avoid Target and Walmart as much as possible (granted, I still find myself there on rare occasions)...I think they are one of the worst things to ever happen to American workers.

This is why I carry.

Shoppers pulled guns in response to Thornton Walmart shooting, but police say that slowed investigation
Authorities had to eliminate possible suspects from surveillance video

It took more than five hours to identify the suspect, 47-year-old Scott Ostrem, who is accused in the seemingly random shootings. The problem for investigators came when they reviewed the surveillance footage and had to follow each individual with a firearm until they could eliminate them as a suspect.

. . .

Darlene Jackson, a truck driver, said she was in the toy section of the store when she heard the gunshots. She later heard that people other than the shooter had guns, but they did not confront the killer.

“Why wouldn’t they draw their guns and shoot him?” she said.

Full story on how much help these people provided is here: http://www.denverpost.com/2017/11/02/sh ... -shooting/

Not so weird. It's called partisan politics.

Hint: you're doing it right now.

I am? Weird.

500 people shot and we've got to wait "for all the facts to come out" and "mourn the victims" before the current administration says anything.

Two hours after 8 people are killed with a truck your president is making it nearly impossible to get an impartial jury by demanding the death penalty for "the animal."

I'm just posting stories and making observations.

He already had called the guy "pure evil" back the day after the shooting. What else is he supposed to say?

More left wing violence. D.C., Vegas, and now Texas. The hysteria generated by our left wing main stream media and Democratic political "leadership" has radicalized the kook left wing into it's own terrorist network. Rand Paul suffered 5 broken ribs from the assault in his own home by a registered Democrat yesterday. The Democratic party has been shown to be utterly corrupt as a national organization. Should be labeled a terrorist group and broken up, imo.

Prayers for the families and friends trying to make sense of life in that community. **** you liberals on this thread talking **** about the President's tweet. Disgusting.

Glad we got "politicizing the tragedy" out of the way so soon. I almost have bingo.

So the guy was courtmarshalled for beating his wife and kid but his background check found no reason to disqualify him from owning a gun? Does Texas just not consider that much of a concern?

So what does his court martial, his domestic violence, and whether or not Texas disqualified him from gun ownership, have to do with him possessing a gun?

Should I just go ahead and answer? Not a damn thing. Are you just hard-wired to believe that criminals buy guns legally and abide by gun-law statues and voluntarily submit themselves to background checks, Clewy? I really wish you would think through some of your pet talking points a bit more before continuously regurgitating them.

Maybe he did buy it legally and had a background check but for you to just assume he did...you have such blind faith in the power of legislation to protect you from harm.

I just want to quote this so there's no editing once it comes out he legally bought the gun.
