I think many around here are. There are a handful who we all know who are not, of course.

Just now seeing this article. But, this part makes me think the article has a bit of a skewed perspective...

I've written several articles for Reason about political correctness and the extent to which a backlash against it may have helped Donald Trump win the presidency. Voters who cited political correctness as a top issue were particularly smitten with the tell-it-like-it-is candidate, and being angry about PC-run-amok was a top indicator of whether a person voted Republican in 2016.

Those were not our two options. We didn't have a "Tell it like it is" option in 2016. The lack of political correctness is not indicative of frankness.

...and then I see the rest of this thread. Did Dread end up coming around and realize that right PC nonsense is just as retarded as left PC nonsense?

"Stand for the flag!" is the right PC version of "I wanna be called a girl!"

Excellent point. Which is why I had the utmost respect for people like PM who were consistent on both of those things.

Oh, sure. When he says it, It's excellent.

Returning to a former state or less advanced. Some of the PC stuff is regressive. I can see an argument that your brand of socialism is as well, especially if we are comparing our health care to other countries, but that's subjective.

MB doesn’t like that term. Everything Liberals do is supposedly Progressive, so even if these policies cause the nation to regress it is still called Progress.

When they refer to Progress it has nothing to do with the nation becoming stronger or better. Progress, to them, refers to how much the nation is conforming to their belief system.

My favorite part of our interactions is how you feel like the kid at the magic show calling out the magician.

I just want you and your party to return to the 90’s magic man. Remember those times, before you and your ilk devolved into nothing but a racialist, genderized, social grievance organization?

If you would have done this sooner, perhaps you wouldn’t be dealing with Trump?

Outside of the explicit action, the PC nature of both are exactly the same. Are you stuck on the literal?
