Let's definitely waste as much tax payer money as possible so that we can eliminate the fraction of a percent difference that illegal voting causes in the voting results.

Those were misdemeanor "unqualified voter" charges. He's paying his $1500 fine for them. I just don't see why this guy should make headlines to try to prove a political point when I frankly have more of a problem with the fact that the Kansas DMV registered him to vote when he went in for his driver's licence. Zarni, on the other hand, has apparently been conditioned to see him as a felon.
