I think he means the first two or three times the guy voted while not being a citizen.

Let's definitely waste as much tax payer money as possible so that we can eliminate the fraction of a percent difference that illegal voting causes in the voting results.

While we're at it, let's be sure to blow a few million bucks administering drug screens so we can save a few thousand.

Those were misdemeanor "unqualified voter" charges. He's paying his $1500 fine for them. I just don't see why this guy should make headlines to try to prove a political point when I frankly have more of a problem with the fact that the Kansas DMV registered him to vote when he went in for his driver's licence. Zarni, on the other hand, has apparently been conditioned to see him as a felon.

I don't trust the government to do anything in an efficient way

If this guy broke the law he deserves his punishment

If they are spending a million dollars per case I wouldn't support it

Yea. The guy paid his parking ticket or whatever. I don't think anyone is saying he shouldn't pay his fines.

You get hung up on some weird **** sometimes.

USAF dropped a MOAB in Afghanistan. First time it's ever been deployed.

I don't think I like such a drastic escalation.

I don't know exactly what I got hung up on...I made a quick 2 second sarcastic comment to something which I thought had zero relevance to the case itself. Much like the poster made and the one before him made quick sarcastic comments as well

I guess somehow mine was different though

The first one was funny.
The second one was a desperate defense.
Yours was a desperate attack.

You should try being less desperate and more funny. I bet you'd have more fun that way.

Let me know if there is anything else I can do to help.

Donald got too much positive press for the tomahawk strikes. It's like when you praise your child for finger painting on a piece of paper so they escalate to painting on the walls thinking they'll get the same reaction.

Not exactly a precision instrument. Hopefully we were 100 percent confident that nobody but ISIS ***holes were within a mile of ground zero.

We already "accidentally" killed 18 allied SDF fighters Tuesday so it doesn't seem like precision targeting is our biggest concern,

"The strike used a GBU-43 bomb dropped from a U.S. aircraft," the statement said. "The strike was designed to minimize the risk to Afghan and U.S. Forces conducting clearing operations in the area while maximizing the destruction of ISIS-K fighters and facilities."
.
.
.
The Central Command statement said US forces "took every precaution to avoid civilian casualties"; however, the size and power of the MOAB means damage to the surrounding area can be extensive.

"Dropping a 21,000 lb bomb is not exactly a battle," journalist Jeremy Scahill said on Twitter about the bombing. "It's a mass killing machine."

I have no idea what they mean by, "every precaution." Short of evacuating a 1-mile radius around the strike, what precautions could they take?

Does Trump strike you as the type of guy who takes advice from anyone seriously?

Who here would blink if they learned a general advised against it and his answer was "Noted. Now, bomb the **** out of 'em."

Trump? Why would he need to do that? Trump has known more about ISIS than the generals since long before he was elected.

I've read articles that stated he was taking more of the decision making away from the WH and sending it back to the Pentagon...could be pure bunk, I dunno.

Sounds good to me

As long as we're actually using it against ISIS or any terrorist group over there, and not some sovereign dictator we just don't like because he's "mean" (i.e. Won't play ball with the US Petrodollar), I support it.

You seem to be confusing "Pretending to be an expert" with "Passing along the stuff any 3rd grader can find on the internet."

When she starts talking about the circuitry or flux capacitation fail rate, then you can probably start your faux outrage about people pretending to be experts.

From what I've heard on the radio...Trump has delegated the decision for this drop to the military.

First time in Afghanistan maybe.

They dropped at least one in Iraq after they field tested oneabout 20 miles from where I'm sitting.

Part of what a MOAB does is clear the area of any IEDs. I'd bet we/coalition troops will be rolling into that area shortly.

Word is the military has been planning this for months.
