What kind of interview process is this? All day interviews? Shrinks? What job do you do/want?

And that is why you are my new favorite since LABucs is no longer around.

So, Company B just called. They want me to take online assessment tonight that takes about an hour.
Then come in for 2nd round of interviews that will take a full day.
The kicker, the final portion is 2 hours with a corporate shrink.

Now, there is an entire new issue to worry about.

Just don't mention BucZone, or your new infatuation with Outie's ****, and you should be golden.

I'm interested as well. Can you describe this job without disclosing too much?

No kidding. It's a midish-level Finance position in a really crappy business sector.
It is not like I'm getting access to nuclear launch codes.

Totally excessive for my level / skill setting.

Sounds excessive for sure. I once did a phone interview, went in for a test, and had an in-person interview with 3 people for a job. That job was bank teller.

Outtie reads that as: "I once had phone sex, went in to have my gag reflexes checked, and then did a 4-way. I got the job."

Update: I received an offer from the new company after a long & difficult interview process & tendered my resignation at my current company.

The HR person who I used to work with started working at this new company. I received a call that they want me to come back in and meet with her, my new (and most likely temporary) VP and another HR person.

I am so fucked.

Don't sweat it. If you portray that it's a big deal it will come off that way. From what you've shared this nervousness stems from an incident at a former employer where this person was the HR person that handled your incident and 'wrote you up'? If they were a 3rd party just doing their job as the person in HR assigned to the incident I wouldn't worry about it. If the issue arises just state your case clearly and concisely as possible and focus on how it was an isolated incident and how you've learned from that experience.

If you were fucked they wouldn't have offered you a position in the first place. You got this.

Now, in case you are actually fucked, I have a position I'd like to offer you.
