Lion was terrific. Fences was good.

I really enjoyed it. Very weird and creepy and funny, with quite a few jump moments.
If the trailer intrigues you, then check it out.
I saw it yesterday. It was okay. Left more questions than answers for me.

The last "scary movie" I saw that I enjoyed was The Conjuring. I didn't think it was fantastic but I appreciated how the attention to detail was used to make it an actually gripping story. The idea of hearing three knocks, a foul odor, the clocks stopping in the middle of the night and something scaring the **** out of children every night is more than you get compared to a movie where the main characters just record their "grandparents" acting weird the whole time.

They may be good, but the premise of those films do nothing to make me want to see them. Denzel Washington is the only reason I might reconsider watching Fences.
Lion sounds like Slumdog Millionaire with some white people in it.

Better stay after credit if you're planning on to see it

This was one EXCELLENT movie/documentary! I easily see why/how it won an Oscar!
Oj Simpson is a very complex dude. And that is a gross understatement. There are so much that you learn from watching this. If you guys have not seen it yet; I highly recommend that you do.
