Looks like we can do this by divisions. Every division has an even number of entries, with the exception of the two East divisions.
Seeding will be done by end of the season standings. 1v4, 2v3. For the two East divisions, Buffalo(2) and NYG(4) do not have reps, so the #1 team in that division gets a bye. Poll is open for 2 days.
