Night court was a great show.

I remember an episode where Harry tells the story on why he got the job at the courthouse. They needed a quick replacement on a judge that had passed away. They had called all the judges on the list on a weekend, and he was the only one that picked up.

That always stuck with me for some reason. I always pick up a call... The best ability is availability, after all.

RIP Judge.

Love me some Night Court, I still get happy whenever I see John Larroquette pop up in a show or movie.

RIP Judge Harry.

I hate that Harry Anderson passed so soon ... Night Court was stellar and much like WKRP, not fully realized how good it was until it was gone.

I remember when he played a similar character on Cheers as well.

BUT .. my all time favorite Harry Anderson memory is this .. and yes .. its worth it {6 minutes}

65 is too young .. RIP

Regardless of what you thought of her families politics...she was the epitome of class and grace.

She was a good one. I expect Bush Sr to follow soon. He's not in good shape either and when one person in a marriage of that length goes the other often follows shortly

Unfortunately accurate. He's already 93 as it is with a birthday coming soon. God be with him and the rest of the family during their grieving

This one really slipped under the radar for me but Swedish DJ Avicii died on April 20. I know a lot of people here, me included, aren't big EDM fans but he was a leader of the whole thing and multi-time Grammy winner. I did enjoy a couple of his songs including "Hey Brother" and "Wake Me Up".

Also, he was only 28 so speaking as a 29 year old, it seems way too early to go.

EDIT: It appears to have been suicide.

Honestly, I have no idea, I don't even remember writing it. Probably an ambien related incident. It doesn't make any sense at all.

Tom Wolfe, the best-selling alchemist of fiction and nonfiction who wrote “The Bonfire of the Vanities,” “The Right Stuff” and countless other novels and works of journalism, died of pneumonia in a New York hospital Monday, said his longtime agent Lynn Nesbit. He was 88 years old.
