Lol...I could tell them that. But, their Mother lives in SoCal. Pretty sure the courts wouldn't appreciate me keeping them in NH.

Yeah, that would be an issue.

Ended up with a six of Blonde Bomber Ale which is brewed locally by some vets. Also got another jug of pecan pie liqueur because it's got crack in it.

There's a place in Londonderry called Pipe Dreams and the owners are Vets...pretty cool spot to drink a beer and play a game of cornhole.

Hung out with my buddy last night who swore up and down about a non alcoholic bar that was packed with chicks and served this stuff called kratom. It's supposed to give you the same feeling as alcohol.

After we left I yelled at him for making me pay for a $9 iced tea and taking us to a gay bar.

It's a hot one up here this week. Hit triple digits yesterday and will try again today.

cold beer is mandatory. Think Ima get some Linenkugel Summer Shandy or Grapefruit Shandy...add to that, I have Sauza silver tequila, some triple sec, and a bag of limes so I can make some margaritas while I'm at it.

I've been killing the Grapefruit Shandy for the last month or so. Went to Wisconsin last month and had "1" pretty much everyday.

Ever thought of making your own? Get some good quality juice (grapefruit, lemonade, whatever), grab your lager of choice, and mix to taste in the glass.

I never heard of a shandy until I was in Jamaica. We did a plantation tour and it was hot as **** outside. We took a break for lunch. The table had pitchers of lemonade. They'd fill a glass halfway with the lemonade, then the rest of the way with Red Stripe. I thought it was weird, and potentially disgusting, but it really hit the spot.

Going to a concert tonight. I have VIP lounge tickets so there will be a full bar and an all-you-can-eat buffet. Not sure what I'll drink. Probably beer. If not, some sort of spiced rum maybe. Sailor Jerry sounds kinda good actually.

I poke fun but Shandys and ciders (another girly drink) certainly have their place....particularly as you point out when it's hot as death outside

I am secure enough in my manhood (and big enough in physical stature) to openly admit my affinity for "foo foo drinks" (as my wife calls them)...

Shandys, Margaritas, Pina coladas (all time fav)...set me up

The drunkest I've been the last decade was a direct result of drinking Angry Orchard w/Fireball... (Cracked a can, took 3 big swigs, then filled the can back up with Fireball)

It was like getting blasted off of apple pie..

No, John Wayne or Clint Eastwood were never seen with a "drink" like that...but getting lit doesn't have to taste bad..

I have a Tropicmost Passionfruit Gose from Wicked Weed and I think I'm going to drink some of my Prarie series from Christmas. Coffee Nior, Vanilla Nior, and a few others.

Take baby steps when getting into sours. Sierra Nevada Otra Vez is probably a good place to start. Or any of the Anderson Valley goses. If you go too sour too fast, you'll be turned off from the different ones forever. But goses and Berliner Weises are great low-abv summer beers.

Having one of those Sea Quench right now.

First sip was like "Woah...salty!"

Now that I'm into it, it's settled down and I get the thirst quenching aspect of it.

Wife thought it was gross. I could drink it again.
