Truth. I might need to set up another bracket of some sort during the off season to help keep people sane.

I've already committed to doing much more of the former than the latter and that decision has definitely improved my moods. :D

No international tournaments going on this year. I was thinking about doing our cheerleaders. ;)

CONCACAF WQ qualifying?

It wouldn't be too burdensome as there are only 6 teams.

You could do a divisional / conference / super bowl type competition. For the first round, put up a cheerleader from each team to compete against the other cheerleaders within their division (32 girls gets whittled down to 8). For the next round, do East division winner vs West division winner and North vs South. Then decide the Conference champion. Finally, decide the overall champion in the Cheerleader Super Bowl.

American Conference
1st round = 1 cheerleader from each team competing with the other 3 teams within their division (go from 16 girls to 4 girls).

Division Round =
AFCE winner vs AFCW winner
AFCN winner vs AFCS winner

AFC Championship = AFCE/AFCW winner vs AFCN/AFCS winner
=============================================
National Conference
1st round = 1 cheerleader from each team competing with the other 3 teams within their division.

Division Round =
NFCE vs NFCW
NFCN vs NFCS

NFC Championship = NFCE/NFCW winner vs NFCN/NFCS winner
==============================================
Cheerleader Super Bowl Championship = AFC Champion vs NFC Champion

Or not.

How many teams don't have cheerleaders right now? 5 or 6 I think. The Packers still use college girls, so that complicates things.

Automatic forfeit. Not our fault those teams suck.

After Super Bowl XX the squad was disbanded, and currently, the Bears are one of the six NFL teams that do not have cheerleaders, along with the Buffalo Bills, Cleveland Browns, Green Bay Packers, New York Giants, and the Pittsburgh Steelers.

I'll figure something out. I do like this idea, though.
