I've done the cage dive. Waiting on spring to do the One Ocean Diving freedive dive (Too rough here in winter)

It's Ocean Ramsey's operation, she takes people diving/snorkeling with her, charity/conservation funding:

Maybe she could motivate you where the good Lord couldn't?

All in. Although not necessarily the shark. The ones I swam with were big, mind you, but not big enough to SWALLOW ME WHOLE.

I would argue that Aliens was almost as good as Alien. Alien 3, meh.

Fassbinder is part of Alien : Covenant, so it's the next step after Prometheus

It's looks good

yep looks good.

i liked Prometheus for the most part (at least the parts when they understood the viewer was smart enough for a scalpel and didn't need to be bludgeoned to death with an anvil all the time)

That would be a good, valid argument to make. The only reason I give Alien the nod as the best in the franchise is because of the freshness of it. It was something we hadn't seen before. It was, unexpected, if you will. The audience had no idea the capabilities of this alien and just how hard it would be to stop it. When Aliens rolled out, we were aware of what this creature was and a lot of what it was capable of.

Oh dude, but we went so much farther down the rabbit hole with Aliens.

We learned the majority of what we know about the xenomorphs from that film and while the suspense of not knowing was a huge part of the first film, expanding our knowledge in the second film made them even more compelling.

I'm stoked for this new film.

Sure it's the real trailer? I saw a couple bad fakes floating around recently.

Edit: Looks like it is the real deal, posted by Warner Bros.

And that's not taking anything away from the old, TV miniseries..That was a damn fine job they did with that thing..I mean, for Pennywise the character and the movie itself to be listed on "Scariest" lists..Wow

But yeah, truly splitting the story into kids/adults makes much more sense and offers a clean break for a 2 movie campaign..

It also allows for more detail in each section as there is a TON of pertinent stuff in the book that should be added..

It's impossible to top Tim Curry performance as pennywise.

You are absolutely correct. And maybe we'll get a little more insight into that role?

"It," like "The Stand," should be a bona-fide series. There's too much going on to cram into even a couple movies or a miniseries.

With content providers scrambling for material (a "Snatch" series?), it's odd to me that some of these iconic horror properties haven't been bought and adapted into series format. Especially in light of the mainstream success of "Stranger Things."

I hear AMC is adapting Joe Hill's N0S4A2 into a series which I think is a fantastic idea.
