You're supposed to take the picture while laying underneath it.

See, that quote is funny when it's taken Out Of Context. Maybe funny enough to win some sort of Award.

Back on track. Shadow, your story struck a chord with my family and I; and many others that I have shared it with.

May God bless all of us with the patience to understand how different some of our children see the world, and may He bless us with the courage to see it they way they do.

For anyone who never got to truly capture the heart of Chip... it was this story brought on by Shadow's own daughter. His wife bumped his original post of the story tonight ..

I felt led to make sure you really knew a little more of what this guy was about. It was much deeper than any sarcastic or critical comment.

May we all remember the Parsons family this season

Croc, thank you for bumping this and tagging me on FB. Chips initial reaction (and everyone else’s response) was truly amazing. I plan on enjoying this season as much as possible. My back won’t let me get under the tree this year but my kids love to lay under there together.

This thread hits me in the feels every time I see it.

As a father of three ASD children - I implore anyone that reads this to take a different view of the holidays. You’ll be amazed at what you’ve been missing out on.

It may seem strange, but I thought of this thread while attending Chip's funeral. Chip really was a special man. Still sad.

I just shared Slim’s (I only knew him from UTBBBBBBBBB) blog post with my wife. This will be her 2nd Christmas without her dad. Slim’s post and the words from Shadowhawk’s wife were beautiful. We need the reminder of the prayers God has already answered and the beauty right before us in life.
