We're so bad that ESPN put a chick in the booth to call the game yesterday. At one point during the game Hornibrook had to get one out quickly and she got all excited because he "improvised and threw with his left hand." Pretty sure it was in the 3rd quarter. Not sure how she could watch so much of the game and didn't noticed that he's...well....left handed.
Talk about having no idea what you're watching...

Good on Bama. They get to **** on a bad team with national recognition. FSU takes it up the tailpipe on this one.

^^^This.

It's college football. 5-6 years from now?

Let's see, 5-6 years ago FSU went 14-0 and 13-1 with a championship. Alabama lost back-to-back bowl games those years.

Exactly. I doubt Saban of Taggert will be there in five years. Who knows what shape they’ll be in.

So take this with a grain of salt because I heard it on radio in Jax, but apparently FSU is interested in Brian Kelly from ND. ND, in return, would hire Urban Meyer who has stated previously is his dream job. Theres some articles out there on that rumor, but it’s just that...a rumor.

If the Noles lose to BC next week(@BC), they won't make a bowl. Imagine Willie is definitely out if that happens

I think he already has one foot out the door. I can't imagine FSU keeping him at this point. Today was humiliating.

I wish I shared your optimism. I think 5 wins, which he will get with Northeastern Alabama or whoever they are playing, will get him a 3rd year. How long is that contract? Do they even have the money to buy him out?

Surprised. I figured they'd wait until at least the end of the season and the blowout loss to Florida.

Same

Easy to see solutions but they haven't fixed the problem.

Feels like they have an idea for who it would be

Give me a break... Jimbo and the noles won the orange bowl the year before Jimbo left and were coming off about 5 years straight of 10 wins

The year he left we lost Francois week 1 vs Bama and it imploded into a lame duck year that would see Fisher leave at the end. It was just one cursed year.

Don’t give me this crap about Jimbo stinking it up for years and blowing up the recruiting momentum and leaving some sort of festering dumpster fire. You know who did that? Bowden

Taggart had it tee’d up - we had 1 year of a dip, he had a chance to be the revitalizing force, and he came in and flat blew it

Also, Hallelujah Taggarts outta here

Raw deal my ass. McElwain left Mullen with nothing and he has done just fine turning it around there in Gainesville. Good coaches are able to win games they arent supposed to. They find ways to get it done. Taggert is not a good coach, and his record actually proves that...in college at least.

Anytime your rb throwing to your qb is in the gameplan, all hope is officially gone.. give him 30 years and we probably have our kicker throwing to our punter

CSG’s football opinions are just as tragic and unappealing as his personality. Taggart was incompetent and now he gets 17 million for just sitting on his ass. I certainly don’t feel sorry for him.

This was the worst coached football team I have ever seen. His pressers were cringeworthy; the man is barely articulate. I know part of it is how bad his personality and intelligence is compared to Bowden and Fisher, but still...how does this man pass an interview to helm a top program?

Look, he is a great guy but position coach is his ceiling.

I really like the guy as a person. I actually played against him in high school and let me tell you something: he was no Tom Frazier, not even close. The early/mid 90’s were a special time in college football. We will never see another T. Frazier or C. Ward again.
