It's an excel spreadsheet and they tend to not paste well here.

Idk if there's a way to make the file downloadable from the site but it would be neat if we could.

Who are your Husker trio? I'd guess Stanley Morgan Jr, Mick Stoltenberg, and...?

Two weeks away from the kickoff classic. Here's the prospects for Auburn and Washington.

Derrick Brown DT Auburn SEC 6'5 316 Jr
Deshaun Davis ILB Auburn SEC 5'11 246 Sr
Jamel Dean CB Auburn SEC 6'2 215 Jr
Jarrett Stidham QB Auburn SEC 6'2 210 Jr
Ryan Davis WR Auburn SEC 5'9 175 Sr
Ben Burr-Kirven ILB Washington PAC-12 6'0 221 Sr
Greg Gaines DT Washington PAC-12 6'2 313 Sr
Jake Browning QB Washington PAC-12 6'2 205 Sr
JoJo McIntosh S Washington PAC-12 6'1 211 Sr
Kaleb McGary RT Washington PAC-12 6'8 325 Sr
Myles Gaskin RB Washington PAC-12 5'10 191 Sr
Taylor Rapp S Washington PAC-12 6'0 207 Jr
Trey Adams LT Washington PAC-12 6'7 309 Sr

We need a spreadsheet feature on this board for posting stats btw.

All you guys looking for a new Left tackle (real good class of OT's this year) need to have a look at Trey Adams from Washington. Would have been a first rounder last spring if he hadn't been injured and is the top LT in this class for many.

If you're in the market for a backup QB (I think we all are) I would absolutely take Stidham from Auburn in the 3rd round (that's what we spent for Glennon) but I doubt he falls that far given his current trajectory. He's going to struggle this year because he has an inexperienced O-Line, but has enough of the goods to help his offense overachieve. I don't think Jake Browning is an NFL QB at this point. I think he plays a little scared in big games and would need to show me some balls this season before I would be comfortable with him in pewter except as the #3.

The only other guy I know anything about in this group is Myles Gaskin. He's your prototypical PAC-12 gimmick back. Fast, elusive, and undersized. I'd draft him early on day 3 to replace Chuck Sims if I'm confident about him catching the ball out of the backfield, but ONLY if I'm confident of that. I don't like the idea of sending a 191lb guy up the middle in the NFC south.

I dont have a crystal ball. But the front 4 for Clemson are regarded as the best D-line in college football right now so if you're looking for well coached D-line players, that's the place to start.

Ed Oliver out of Houston is where the hype is right now.

Ready to feel old?

South Carolina WR Tyshun Samuel was given the nickname "Deebo" shortly after he was born.

His nickname is directly after the character in Friday which came out in 1995. Samuel was born in January of 1996.

If you want to feel really old, consider that there are now players on CFB rosters that were born in 2000

Ed Oliver from Houston can do that. So can Rashan Gary from Michigan. Oliver is probably going in the top three, Gary likely within the top five or ten.

For shits and giggles I did a 4 round mock for 2019 on the Fanspeak simulator.

Assuming Jameis gets a second contract, Coaching staff and Front office remain intact:

13: R1P13
CB GREEDY WILLIAMS LSU

He fell right into my lap. I was all set to draft Rashan Gary out of Michigan and there he was. Steps in for the retiring Brent Grimes immediately.

45: R2P13
G BEAU BENZSCHAWEL WISCONSIN

Simulator went bananas drafting all the good OT's in the first round and top of the second which kinda pissed me off because I wanted David Edwards RT, Wisconsin who went 3 picks prior to this one. The good news is that Benzschawel plays both RG and RT at Wisconsin and if the RG spot gets locked up by Cappa or Benenoch this season, Beau can start training to take over for Demar Dotson.

77: R3P13
RB DAVID MONTGOMERY IOWA STATE

With Today's news about Chuck Sims and the ever declining Jaquizz Rogers, I think another RB is warranted. They hype guys like Bryce Love and Damien Harris are long gone so I started looking at the all-in-one types that Licht and Koetter seem to like. What stood out to me about Montgomery aside from being a good sized 6'1 219lb guy is that he has 49 career receptions for 425 yards and has only one fumble in 294 touches. Sounds like a pro to me.

116: R4P13
QB TRACE MCSORLEY PENN STATE

Not my favorite pick for backup QB this draft ( I want Will Grier) but McSorley is a developmental prospect anyway. He shows flashes of Aaron Rogers when he throws on the run which you can't teach, but I wanna see him keep his feet planted and pick apart a defense now that he doesn't have Saquan Barkley to run the offense for him. Whether Fitz is outta here or not, I'd rather have a kid like McSorley in the QB room than Griffin who is going nowhere professionally. Pair McSorley and a free agent veteran like Teddy B and we can breathe easier about the QB depth behind Winston.

He's a true freshamn, but reports are that Jaycee Horn (Joe Horn's son) is legit. He's 6'1" and just over 200 lbs CB that has at times looked like the best player on the field.

His receivers dropped 2 TD catches in the endzone. This guy has one thing that really can not be taught and that is accuracy, he is really accurate.

BIG Slate of games today (all times CST):

Now: Ohio st/Oregon St.
11:00: FAU/Oklahoma......FAU brings 6 prospects to this one. Sooners bring 7
11:00: Ole Miss/Texas Tech...Pretty evenly matched, prolly won't tune in until later
2:30: Tennessee/WVU...Let's Gooooooo Mountaineers!
2:30: Auburn/Washington...Best QB duel of the day
6:30: Michigan/Notre Dame

Great day of college football right there. 63 prospects playing and I'll be lucky enough to get a first impression of maybe 20.

What a weekend lineup! Hopefully, the Mountaineers can show my Vols
how to gang tackle, let alone play fundamental football. We haven’t had a good
Coach since the Majors family. (Fulmer was a recruiter, not a coach)

Sure wish we had Scott Frost and the Griffin folks back for Undisputed NCAA
Champion 2.0 this year. I enjoyed the hell out of trolling that topic after
last year’s Season played out.
They looked pretty damn good scrimmaging UConn this past week.
Wish they played the Fla Majors last year, or hell, this year even.

Mike Webber with a solid inside run for a score for the Buckeyes.

He missed time after blowing out a hammy vs Penn State last year.

They tried to setup big games, but the power 5 schools did not want 1 for 1s. They just wanted to set home games and not return the favor.
