My predictions on the year:

East
1. Penn State
2. Michigan
3. Ohio State
4. Michigan State
5. Indiana
6. Rutgers
7. Maryland

West
1. Wisconsin
2. Iowa
3. Nebraska
4. Northwestern
5. Minnesota
6. Purdue
7. Illinois

Penn State over Wisconsin

That's hard to argue with. But I'll take Wisconsin to win the whole enchilada.

Former OSU QB Joe Burrow is going to start this year for LSU.

Burrow is the guy I wanted to start for OSU this year instead of Haskins....wish him the best at LSU

Michigan will beat Notre Dame by 14, at least.

Notre Dame can't pass the ball on a good day and Michigan returns every secondary starter from the best pass defense in the nation last year. We also return the lion's share of pass rushers. Notre Dame lost their starting running back and their two best lineman.

I could be wrong though. Should be a good game.

I think this game could have had a different outcome if we've had an easy game first to start the season. Purdue is rebuilding and just now getting used to winning more than 2-3 games a year. The defense needed time to gel and there are too many stupid, mental mistakes. They need to figure out what to do at quarterback, but other than that I'm pretty happy with the team, and believe they will improve quite a bit the season. Rondale Moore will be fun to watch.

Wow that’s a bold prediction. ND is supposed to have one of the better front 7s in football and their offense can score at home. I actually bet the Irish in this one but feel it could go either way. Should be close game.

Michigan down 14-0 early.

Two dropped interceptions, a few missed sacks, a ticky-tack targeting call and subsequent ejection on a starting safety. Lapses in coverage, getting bodied by bigger receivers, getting your hips flipped. The offense can't move the ball and Notre Dame's QB is a slippery mf'er.

Oh dear. Name of the game is don't panic.

ND a solid team. Not sure why people thought this would be an easy win for Michigan.

Notre Dame is sending the house and Michigan can't throw a hot read. That's only on the O-line so much. They can't block six guys, and them and the back can't block seven.

Nah, the line went from Nd -1 to Mich -3 in the last 24 hours. Prolly because of Crawford injury. So lot of late $$ went on Mich.

I don't understand why Michigan isn't spying Wimbush. He has more runs than completed passes, and he's buying tons of time with his legs. Spy him in the pocket, fast flow when he breaks the pocket. You do that, you cripple Notre Dame significantly.

Amazing part is Wimbush is probably the worst passer of the 3 qbs they have. Book is a lot better thrower. But Wimbush can kill you with his legs.

Well the kickoff return helped. The defense didn't allow any points at the end of the half. And Winovich looks like a legitimate first round talent at defensive end. He looks like a young Clay Matthews.

Only down 11 after that putrid start isn't too horrible. We receive at the start of the second half. I'm feeling optimistic.

Puma Pass and the cards never had a chance, these refs are overturning everything and hurting their drives bigtime everytime they get momentum. Every 3rd down, is 3rd and forever. And some of these calls im replaying and not seeing anything

Bama is constantly holding

End of the third.

Michigan isn't taking away what Notre Dame does best (read: Winbush's legs), while Notre Dame's defense is totally outclassing our offensive line.

My optimism is fading.
