Which schools produce the best for the NFL

Here is an article from ESPN on which schools produce the best NFL talent. It seems to mostly consider where players were drafted to how they perform.

Not sure if it will change anybodies minds about a particular player. Though it might make you think if its the player or if its a biased you or the general drafting community has, positive or negative, about a school.

Didn't have to click on the article to know Miami was the best.

I have no idea what you are talking about.

Yes, they did come in over all the best, but they were not the best at each position. Like QB we had no hope of making it. Also I don't think any of the major sports outlets have any interest in propping up Miami. They would much rather paint Miami as the bad guys or as a flash in the pan that isn't going to happen yet again.

I do see that people often see a successful college team and then try to grab any player on that team or rank those players higher. Like last year I think a lot of the draft experts were ranking the first round as being mostly Alabama players but it ended up with only one player being picked. Its hard to judge players, especially when we only have part of the picture. So the mock draft experts who also only have part of the picture that people base their own mocks on might have a biased you may want to be conscious of.

I constantly have to correct for an inherent bias against west coast prospects. It's stupid and I don't fully understand how it developed, but I can't seem to shake it. Proliferation of prospect game videos on the internet is helping.

Not bad, Purdue is the best at producing sleepers in the 2nd and 4th rounds and 3rd in producing sleepers in the 5th to 7th round. We don't get a lot of attention, and don't deserve it, but still manage to produce a pro bowler every other year.
