Fortunately Urban Meyer has already forgotten the loss.

Man you got to love Northwestern. They don’t have the talent and today they are decimated on defense and they just don’t quit.

We need more kids like this

Northwestern is a squad to watch. Perhaps more importantly, Pat Fitzgerald is a coach to watch.

This is why I wasn't freaked out about the horrible start. We're not far away. We don't have as much talent as OSU anywhere, and we were on the road, with nothing tangible to play for, and nearly won. Once Frost gets his guys in there and Martinez works past the pup mistakes, we'll be fine.

I get the serious vibe that he's never going to leave that school.

You are probably right. Still, he's a hell of a coach. He year in and year out puts together good teams in a tough conference despite always playing second or third or fourth fiddle in the recruiting department. He consistently gets D players to play at a B level. A sign of a great teacher.

He's a great coach. You've been a Big Ten fan longer than I have. He's done the equivalent of turning Kansas into a tough out, year in, year out. I think it's highly likely he'll coach there 40 years and they'll name the stadium after him when he's done.

This Indiana/Michigan game is close. Indiana up 17-15 with 90 seconds left in the first half.

I know we're a second half team, but come on.

Then again, we haven't had our annual loss to a beatable Big 10 opponent yet this year.

Let the trap game commence.

The ref dropped the ball as they ran in to spot it so we could spike it to stop the clock before the half ended. Instead of doing anything about it, the refs just shrugged and said **** happens get over it.

On the replay, an Indiana player kicked the ball and got away with it. Sneaky ****er.

More concerning than Michigan being in a one-score game against a .500 team is the fact that their defense is showing cracks. If you can hit some big runs, we start running alot of zone. Then the secondary starts to break down.

I know Ohio State got boatraced by Maryland today, but next week should be interesting if Urban Meyer still has a way to watch film.

he was blindsided on a punt return. His pads have been removed and they appear to be trying to put him on a backboard.

That quote cuts both ways. If we don't stop the run, it's going to be a long game.

Either way, this is has the potential to be the best Michigan-Ohio State game in some time.

By best do you mean that Michigan has a chance to win for a change?

Michigan down 6-7 at the start of the second quarter. You can definitely see the influences of the Indiana gameplan against us; lots of crossing routes, including the early TD.

We're always a second half team. We crush you in time of possession and just lay it on thick when you get tired. Part one is going well so far. Part two is going to be a tough sell against a talented and deep defense such as OSU's.

Good game thus far though.
