So glad we cut that scrub, Bradley McDougald.

Its not like he's holding that Seattle secondary together.

Don't remind me.

At the end of the 2016 season, both McDougald and Conte just finished the season as our starting safeties. McDougald was second on our team in tackles and was rightly viewed as the best safety on the team. Conte was coming back from injury. Both guys were roughly the same age. We let McDougald walk for nothing, and he signs with Seattle for less than what we resigned Conte for in that same offseason.

Steams my ***damn grits.

Hope JW and DJax both just saw that completion from Cousins to Thielen....

QB put the ball out in front for the WR, but it wasn't a perfect pass and WR had to come back inside a bit for it and run under it...

THAT'S how it's supposed to work...

The deep ball in any form of football is a low percentage play. Too me jameis should only chuck it for the endzone or beyond 40 when the defense jumps offside and you get a free play. Also going on long extended drives with the best young qb in the league on 3rd downs is better for helping this putrid bucs defense rest and stay off the field

No more free plays for the Offense when the D jumps offsides.

Who knew the Rams defense would be so bad with all the talent they have.

Pete Carrol is a ****ing idiot. Going for it on 4th and 2 inches was always the right call, and McVay was blowing it. Then Carrol calls a TO and lets him come to his senses? What part of "Never interrupt an enemy when he is making a mistake" does he not understand?

They don't have quite as much talent as you think. Talib is gone for the year, Marcus Peters has been banged up and not quite himself.

Still, with their front and the Seahawks poor Oline, that should have been enough.

Also, the Browns are at .500!

This is just proof that our coaching staff has no ****ing clue. Licht didn't throw him away against what Smith and his butt buddy wanted. We keep getting talented players and they keep getting misused. Yeah, lets let LVD an Kwon play passive coverage instead of blitzing based on the RB. Smith is not just a dinosaur, but a ****ing retarded dinosaur. At least Koetter's offense resembles early mammalian eras.

Ya that was an obviously stupid move the moment we let him go.

It never made any sense and made even less sense once we saw his new contract amount. The only explanation is that Koetter has favorites and McDougald wasn’t one of them.

No, it's on Smith and Koetter. McDougald didn't look any better than any other DB here. He was hesitant, bad in coverage, and always bit hard on play fakes. When he left here nobody expected him to be any good. Some people slightly preferred him over Tandy and/or Conte, but let's stop with the historical revision. Nobody here thought he was more than an easily replaceable backup either.

I was very much about re-signing McDougald and having him start for us.
