My notes: Zach Sieler did not play and if they put him on the practice squad we need to grab him.

Philly's protected player (Mailata) did not play, should grab also if we get the chance.

One of my draft guys I wanted hurt his ankle and didnt show anything DT PJ Hall...

Jenna Laine with an actual good column. (Never thought I’d type those words)

I'm very interested to see how he adjusts now that Philly has at least a glimpse at some of his tendencies (like throwing deep against zero coverage on 3rd and short.)

Ya, I'm expecting much tougher sledding against Philly offensively. I think we've got to win this game by having our D step up and keep Foles looking like crap.

Which is very possible. This Eagles offense is not the Saints offense when Wentz and Jeffery are out (in addition to the possibility of Sproles) and this game is at home where the defense normally plays a bit better. I think 25 points wins the game for the Bucs. We just can't let Philly get cheap points via turnovers or special teams.

Foles was fantastic in the Super Bowl vs the Pats, but in every other start he's been very average (at best) since replacing Wentz.

Fletcher Cox and Chris Long had 9 QB hits out of 14 on Ryan. My take: dont stand in the pocket very long.

Or

We protect and we all have that shocked look like how is that possible.

Agreed, but we do have a better Oline than the Falcons (when healthy like we are now).

I'm confident Fitz knows the threat the Eagles Dline posses and will have a quicker internal clock to get the ball out or escape for positive yards and live to play another down without taking a negative play.

We saw that vs the Saints where Fitz was getting the ball out on schedule or tucking it for a few positive yards with his feet.

One concern I have is all our 10 yard runs were on the left side but then we had 4 negatives all on the left side.

Ohh for the day when we can run and pass pro on the right side.

Philly's o-line has played in the most games in the NFL.

498

Tampa's 200

That Atlanta OL is really lightweight. II think that is really going to prove to be their undoing this year.

25 QB's have attempted more passes than Fitz, we have the personnel to break the single game passing record.

I'm still going thru Noah Spence withdrawal. Any mention of a players weight loss or weight gain will be met with less than a grain of salt.

Why are they only giving Shaun Wilson 1 carry per game?

The odd thing is the carry that he did get was the first (or maybe 2nd?) carry of the game. It went for 8 or so yards. My guess is we're not seeing much of him because we're throwing so much and want someone we are confident can pass protect.

Denver Broncos rookie Philip Lindsay channeled the Hall of Fame running back through the first two weeks, becoming the first undrafted free agent in NFL history with 100-plus scrimmage yards in each of his first two games.

Anyone remember who it was that said we should ignor drafting RB's and pick them up as UDFA's? Cmon now, ya'll remember - dontcha RBF.

I was high on Lindsay during the pre-draft discussions and thought he's be good change of pace to Barber we could've got late on day 3. Good to be finally right on a day3/UDFA type prospect.

Anyone else think it's time to give RoJo a shot? Barber and Quizz are averaging 2.6 and 2.0 yards per carry, respectively. Barber's been adequate and I appreciate what Quizz does but at some point, we'll need more production from the run game.

I think Barber is running pretty well and I think if RoJo could pass protect like Quizz, he might be active. I don't think we should mess with what we have going and do what we have to do to keep the QB clean.

If RoJo shows he can pass block then yes he should absolutely be on the field. We could use his homerun threat on the field.
