What are the chances Koetter gets fired at the end of this s

Now that we have found out about Jameis being suspended for at least 3 games what are the chances that we see Koetter getting fired at the end of the season? On a side note do you think Licht gets fired with him or due to what appears to be solid free agency periods and drafts will he get a pass?

Really depends on how the season goes. Another disappointing season with a losing record(or not even close to .500) then Koetter is probably gone. If our FA and draft classes completely flop again, then Licht is probably gone as well. I'd honestly put the number around 75%.

Not like it matters though. We'll fire Koetter and then the Glazers will just make another reactionary BS hire that be fired in 2-3 years like everyone else.

Koetter just enjoyed his, "We'll err on the side of a year too long" reprieve.

Regardless of Jameis, or the schedule, or "continuity," or "quality losses," or "end of the season momentum," or any of the rest of it...If we finish dead last in the NFC South again, he's getting fired. If we're not in the playoffs, or at least, in playoff contention until the end of the line, he's getting fired.

I can understand why he got this year. I don't agree with it, but I understand it. Another year if we suck hard again? No, I can't see how anybody would understand that. It's not as if Dirk came in as some coaching wunderkind or perceived genius. He was a good OC. He's been a mediocre (at best) head coach who has yet to show anything worth tripling-down on as the guy. He's also almost 60 and a former NCAA head coach, so it's not like he's going to grow into the job.

I think that most head coaches should get three years, unless they lose the locker room.

Koetter is entering year three. If this team doesn't have a winning record this year, I doubt he's back. I can't say I'd be too sad. I give him a 50/50 chance.

Better than 50/50. If he's not fired it's because we didn't have a better option to replace him

Licht chose Winston #1 overall. He should be fired. Period. We should have traded back.
