From the looks of it I think we could like him at SS.

Not gonna pretend I know this guy. Seems to be a hitter, which we’ve been moving towards.

I agree, I think this is the plan. Not a big supporter of it but we didn’t know much about Justin Evans last year and he looked ok.

Maybe. He struggled at CB, especially against the double move.

This is the first pick I'm not digging. Won't complain, let's see where he play him and how he does.

That's how I feel, especially if we are changing positions.

Lol people think we needed. James style heavyweight for SS and now this lightweight is a SS candidate?

Pick a lane people.

I’m also thinking SS with this guy. I like it better if that’s the case. I really wanted Oliver there though.

Agree, things were going good and now I feel like yesterday's move is nullified with a cb no one wanted who can't cover even as safety.SMH... Just can't get consistent drafts from this regime.

If he’s our safety I’d rather have had Harrison and if he’s our corner I’d rather have had Oliver. But if he replaces Conte I can handle it, and it was basically a free pick.

It's too early to say that, you haven't seen them play for us.

I think Stewart will play Safety next to Evans. Two very athletic guys.

VH3 is regulated to nickel, might be where he's best.

Carlton Davis and Ryan Smith can battle at boundary CB opposite Grimes.

On conference call, Bucs second-rounder M.J. Stewart says Bucs told him they may use him "inside or at safety" -- has also played outside corner.

I'm not going to cry havoc as a hot take just because I'm not super familiar with him. I'll have to study him out more over time.

From what I understand, Stewart is a poor man's Minkah Fitzpatrick. That's not a bad thing.

I’d still like us to bring in Eric Reid.

I’m sure we could figure it out. He’s not going to be too expensive.

Isaiah Oliver was on the board, SMH. Best corner of the draft.

After months of MJW and others mistakenly repeating how we need a big Boomer SS we got an interchangeable safety like I said.

I’m not going to pretend I know anything about the guy, so just hoping he can shore up a weakness in our defense.

Ya I think he has to be a safety. His most notable attribute is his tackling and physicality. Moving from CB to S is alot easier than moving from S to CB.

So I just watched three MJ Stewart games. His 2016 game vs Stanford, and his 2017 games vs Notre Dame and Duke.

I'm not very optimistic about this one. I hope I'm wrong.

I like his tape as a safety conversion. But listening to Licht, seems as though they are going to keep him at CB for now.

Right? I'm not seeing what the FO is seeing here.
