Actually I should know better, I think it was the 2014 season that Cam was down for some reason in game 1 against us and Derek Anderson was starting... I was certain we would win against their back-up, but he proceeded to spank us.

That's happen several times. The most feared QB we've faced in our history is the backup.

Didn't Keenum beat us with the Rams twice? Thought we played them 3 straight years...

Their place: loss, Evans couldn't stand up on the last play after getting blasted, injury ran off the clock..

Mustard vs Ketchup game

Lightning game at home where JW freakin brainfarted, after playing brilliant football all day, on the last play of the game...

The Rams game at RayJay where Evans didn't stand up so we could spike it was against Austin Davis.

Backup QBs have dominated the Bucs going back atleast 4-5 seasons.

Ingram not playing is still a positive. Better odds they don't run it all over us which is a plus. I'm more interested in seeing our pass rush with the QBs we play early in the season. Hope to see this new Dline play strong early.

4-5 seasons? Been much longer than that. Most humiliating was Testaverde coming off the couch to embarrass us

I'm alot more confident in the run D still than I am the pass D. I think the reason you're more interested in seeing the pass rush, is that our pass D is still a question mark lol

Week 1 against a division opponent who beat them to end the regular season last year, I expect Kamara has 30 touches...

The worst for me is 2005 against the 49ers. Still pisses me off. Griese blew out his knee two weeks before and handed a 5-1 team off to Simms. Then we had a bye for Chrissy to get ready to play. Then we were going to San Fran to play an AWFUL 49ers team quarterbacked by KEN DORSEY. Simms kills drive after drive with bad sacks and interceptions. We hold Dorsey to 7-18 for 40 yards and STILL lose the game on five field goals. It was (I think) Simms's first NFL start, but it was bloody apparent he wasn't going to work out then and there.

Worst backup beat-down of recent memory was 2010. We're 2-0 after beating the Browns and handling the Panthers in Charlotte.

World beater Charlie Batch strolls in to town and completes 71% of his 17 attempts for 3 touchdowns....all by halftime.

Took a good look in the mirror after that one.

Man.. that was so painful to watch, but I have another one for you all.

Bucs vs Cowboys on 2008 against our old Brad "The Bull" Johnson, 13 to ****ing 9... So many lost opportunities on this game, I remember how obnoxious the Cowboys fans were after this game mocking us for beating us with this almost 40 year old QB... :banghead:

At least those idiots were wrong. Brad wasn't almost 40--he was 40 (40 years and 43 days old).

Who remembers the hot 4-0 start in 2005? Who remembers an almost 42-year old Vinny Testaverde and his Jets ending that 4-0 start with a 14-12 win?

Attempting 40 something passes in 50+mph swirling winds? I'm not still bitter about that day or anything.

Among the Gruden-era losses, that one is near the top of most frustrating, only topped by most of the 2003 losses, the 2005 Wild Card game, the 2007 Wild Card Game, and the last four games of 2008.

That was actually a different game. I remember the game in '05 against the Jets because I traveled up there. 4-0 Bucs vs 0-4 Jets. The thing was the Caddy went down and we had to rely on Griese. I had a feeling we would lose because of that.
The game you're thinking of was against the Giants in a few years later. To make the decision to throw so many times so much worse it was Bruce Gradkoski as a rookie slinging it around in that wind. **** Gruden!

Wasn't that the same game Ronde was matched up on Plax in? Where all Eli had to do is throw it above 6'4 on the fade and it was a TD every time? I mean, I love Ronde, but he has no business single covering Plaxico ****ing Burress inside the 10.

Jake Delhomme Think he threw a 10 yard slant on 3rd down to seal the game. He didn't start the game but it was memorable.

Our second loss to the Saints in 2002. Considering how that season worked out, I don't think about it too much. But it stung like hell at the time.
