Adrian Clayborn

Amazing what Adrian Clayborne is doing with the Falcons tonight. It would be nice for the Buccaneers to have a player like him.

What, a guy that has 28.5 sacks in 7 seasons?

On the day we nearly double our sack total for the season in 1 game you make a thread to complain about not having Adrian Clayborn of all ppl?? Smh lol, that's just silly

Wish we always played against those left tackles Dallas trotted in there.

Sorry the subtlety of the thread and post proved elusive.

It was more a poke at the way the Buccaneers have handled their DE position over the last several years and less of a compliment to a guy. If you are still trying to figure out what I mean then ask yourself... is Ayers really any different than Clayborn?

Neither one of those guys is Simeon Rice.

4 more sacks will earn him 2 million total in incentives. I'd like to suggest we dont hold the ball to long when we play them.

I was mad when we let him walk. Not because I think he's a great player or worth the first we spent on him, but because he's a decent starter or excellent depth. Too many Bucs fans get an "all-pro or no-pro" mentality. The majority of a successful roster is decent to good players. We could certainly use a few more of those- especially in the trenches.

Yeah no way he gets 1 sack against Tyron Smith. He was literally going up against guys off the street. How Dallas didn't change the game plan and constantly double block or chip with a TE after the 3rd sack is amazing.

Yes, I knew Dallas would be hurting not having Tyron Smith in the line up. I didn't think they would be 6-sacks-by-Adrian-Clayborn-hurting.

I'm glad Clayborn became more efficient and packed his whole season into one game.

If I was him I wouldnt, 4 more sacks earns 1.25 million. 312,500 dollars a sack!

That leaves him 5 games to get 4 sacks...

TBH letting Mason Foster walk because he didn't fit Lovie Smith's 223 lbs. model of a linebacker irritated me much more than Clay.

Watching the Cowboys Eagles game and Collinsworth just said he was surprised that the Eagles DE got Prescott down when he was unblocked. My first thought was is it really that difficult, Clayborne did it 6 times in one game.

I have fleeting moments of wondering who the females are at Buczone. Are you one of them? Who might the others be?
