Well, I don't think any of us thought he would make it through another season without injury, so this is probably for the best. I will be interested where he ends up. Always seems like a down to earth guy who dated some of the hottest women on the planet.

CBS could use an upgrade over the AWFUL Nance/Simms combo.

I didn't hear much about Fox pursuing him. I read that CBS was pushing hard.

It will be interesting to see what the Broncos do now that the guy they wanted (according to many) will not become available to them. Will they reach out to ex-Bronco, Cutler, take a chance on Kaepernick, or just stick with Siemian to get them thru another year or two until they can draft a QB?

Well they did just take Lynch in the first round last year, and they traded up to get him.

We should trade Jake Plummer for him.

Forgot about Lynch. Thanks for the reminder. Hard to keep up with 32 teams. Thanks for not being an ass with your reminder. Oh, and **** Bootz with his condescending attitude.

You didn't hurt anything. You're just an ***hole that can't have a normal conversation with people. You're no more special or different than any other ***hole I've dealt with in my lifetime. So you can stop patting yourself on the back now.

Officially replacing Simms. Nance is horrible though so it's not much of an upgrade.

I wonder what Jerry promised him for the future.

Didn't he leave alot of money on the table by retiring instead of just sitting out the year on the bench?

They would have cut him, no way DAL would have paid him to do nothing....as they normally have in the past.

Good for him and CBS. I think he'll do excellent in that spot.

Genuinely I apologize. I wasn't trying to be an ass with that comment. I thought you knew Lynch was there in Denver and had no faith in him. My bad.

Yeah I could see him being one of those fringe guys that gets close for several year but never cracks in. Maybe way down the road.

His problem is always going to be: no ring. Hell he didn't even get to the playoffs consistently enough.

2 playoff wins in 10 seasons. No Championship games. And too many mediocre type seasons.

Didn't they still owe him guaranteed? He signed that massive 6yr deal with like half of it guaranteed. I could be wrong, need the numbers guys on Buczone to help me out. I thought it was like 100mil with like 60mil guaranteed
