Just an FYI:

Former Buccaneer Doug Williams has been promoted to Senior VP of Player Personnel for the Redskins.

I had a chuckle when I realized their GM is our former GM, their Player Pro VP is our former icon, and their head coach is our former assistant. Also, Ike Hilliard is their WR coach. They're really mining the ore of greatness that is our franchise.

WR Eric Decker visited the Titans today and was even on there sideline during practice chatting with GM Jon Robinson.

He's be a smart addition for that team. He and Corey Davis on the outside would be big upgrades at WR for them and give Mariota some better outside targets than what he's had his first 2 seasons.

Throw in TE Delanie Walker and that run game/Oline an the Titans may be a sleeper in the AFC if they can keep the QB healthy for 16 games.

Agreed. They could really use a reliable veteran on that WR core.

The Rams have traded former 2014 2nd overall pick Greg Robinson to the Lions for a 2018 6th round pick. The Lions have also signed former Bills 2nd round pick OL OT Cyrus Kouandijo.

With LT Taylor Decker out 4-6 months the Lions needed to add some bodies at OT.

I can't believe what a bust Robinson has turned out to be. That 2014 class was loaded and the Rams whiffed bad in their drafting/development of Robinson. At least they made up for it w/ Aaron Donald at pick 13. But man, what could have been for the Rams in that class.

Robinson was at best a 3rd round prospect to me. He offered next to nothing as a pass protector and appeared very sloppy at Auburn. Sucks for the Rams. Another player from the RG3 trade gone.

His pass pro was definitely his biggest concern. But he did test/move very well and had all the 'measurables' and thus the consensus was that he could be coached up in that area and that Auburns scheme was more to blame.

The thing I don't get is why not just make him a Guard if he can't pass pro on the edge?

That wasn't his only problem. The consensus on players with good talent is always blame the scheme. It's easy to do albeit lazy. It's 1 of my worries with OJ Howard but that's another story and another SEC team. Robinson doesn't have the mental part of the game down nor does he appear to care all that much.

Can't believe McCoy is higher in the Top 100 than Suh and AO doesn't have a ten page rant going.

I hate our new unis too, but no way..

The Rams look like they mashed 3 different styles/sets together..

It'd be like us wearing our Bucco helmets, current jerseys and SB pewter pants..

I disagree..

Their WR corps was HORRIBLE last year..he has an opportunity to step right in and contribute on a solid team, in a weaker division and challenge for a division title/playoff run...

No it wasn't. They need a veteran presence on that WR group. He's not that old and is a very good 3rd down, red zone target.

Why? I suppose there is an argument he should've gone to a more pass happy offense w/ more established passing QB to increase his value.

But Decker is already 30 and has recieved his big pay day contract (he earned $30m in 4yrs w/ the Jets). All he is now is a guy that will be year-to-year until he decides to retire or the NFL teams decide for him.

The Titans have a big need for a quality veteran WR opposite #5 overall pick Corey Davis who I imagine they hope will quickly become a true #1 WR threat based on his draft position. The Titans are also a team on the rise that should threaten for the that division and playoff berth in the coming years.

Aside from the football related reasons, his wife is Country music singer so Nashville is ideal. I don't that family is money motivated as other 30yr old Free Agents might be.

He's getting paid, the teams is on the rise, he will see alot of targets there, and his wife is happy. Seems like a win-win-win-win.

This. And a team that could push to win the division. Houston is more likely but if they can't figure out their WB situation they could be looking at second place.
