If we get Ali and Demar back healthy it's going to be a HUGE difference maker.

The O-Line got a nod already...here's one for Dirk Koetter. You don't accomplish this without having a great sense of when to call what.

Jeff Garcia was better than Brad Johnson.

By the way, there is no need to thank someone who is being paid millions of dollars. You can criticize them if they don't earn their money, but they are already thanked enough by the dollars in their bank account.

Jeff Garcia in 2007-2008 was not better than Brad Johnson in 2001-2002.

Agreed....I don't think that the OL is getting enough credit. They weren't so good in the run game on Sunday, but they game Winston enough time in the pocket. Winston did a good job hanging in until the last minute and taking a shot while delivering the ball. It didn't seemed like many were too big on DK coming in, but I was a big fan of bringing him in. It's all around nice to see some life from the O and it's been a team effort outside of the pass catchers.

Notice that the run game fell off after Ali left the game.

Love that kid. Cinderella story.

Where I may not need to Thank Him, I want to. I also like to make a habit of Thanking people who do a good job, even though they are getting paid for doing that job. Kind of makes me feel good, I think they appreciate it too. You should try it sometime.

Wtf are you talking about Mariota slicing up the Saints? He had two balls thrown to defenders that instead of being intercepted were tipped and luckily caught by the TE.

Were you saying that same thing about Josh Freeman in 2010? He did that every game.

not only tipped, but didn't they both result in a TD? I was pretty pissed on the first one as I had NO's D (desperate to say the least) and that play I feel turned that game around for MM. If he throws that int.. sorry if the DB catches that int MMs stats at that time would have been 1/7 for 6 yds and 1 int.

Which is fair since plenty of posters here have had Mariota's D.

There is a difference between not starting and not playing. I'd be ok with coming in under certain situations. Allow for a slow transition after the injury.

Who the hell picks NO's D after they gave up 6Tds to Eli manning....

well with the fact that they just fired their coach, rookie QB, rookie QB that had missed the last couple of games due to injury, and the fact that Tenn really isn't scary on O.

That's freaking awesome. It's been said before, but Jameis is definitely the leader of this team now. No argument.

He wants to win more than anything, he has high football IQ, and he has a huge passion for the game. Not to mention he is oozing talent and shows great leadership abilities. What more could you want?

Yea, there will be growing pains. But this is the guy. I don't know how you could watch this team this year and come to any other conclusion.

LOVE IT! Brother Glazer was in there loving it too..

Side note who's the guy in the sport coat with the gray hair? He resembles Mark Dominik but obviously that's not him.
