I’m actually a professional athlete. Sometimes I do rent a goalie and they pay me 40 bucks

I see what you did there.

I was reading something from Bucs Nation that mentioned Smith being out 2-4 weeks, and then comments about the Bucs in trouble if he misses games against the Saints, Eagles, and Steelers. If he's out 4 weeks, it would appear the worst case scenario is missing the first two regular season games. Is my math wrong?

There’s no estrogen in soy. Phytoestrogen is not the same as the estrogen in your body. Dairy on the other hand is loaded with mammalian estrogen. Hope this education was useful to you.

From what I see, the verdict on phytoestrogen in men is still a little foggy. I wouldn't stay completely clear of it, and I don't since I enjoy some edamame or a glass of soy milk on occasion. My initial statement was a satirical reply to the joke of eating 9,000 calories of soy daily, which apparently actually could affect hormone balances in the body since it would be an absurd amount to consume.

I'm quite well versed on the topic since my fiance is a nutritionist, I recognized it was a joke but there are still a lot of people who think it's true. It's essentially an old wives tale at this point, as the science is quite clear. In fact, people who consume soy generally have a lower breast cancer risk since the body misreads the phytoestrogen and produces less estrogen. If you want to avoid dietary estrogen and man boobs you should give up dairy. As the estrogen in dairy can not only give you man boobs, it can give you breast cancer with how much it elevates your estrogen levels.

On that note, Training Camp for the Bucs wrapped up today. We got lucky yesterday by avoiding a major injury to our LT. The Bucs managed to get through camp without any major injuries and the team isn't looking terrible.

It can't die. The thread is surviving on a Non-GMO-paleo-keto-soy diet. It'll outlive us all.
