Posted: Fri Sep 22, 2017 3:29 pmI don't know what the point of the OUtbox is. But I know messages that I have sent (and that have been received) sit in the Outbox for an unknown amount of time. I don't know that the message showing up in the Outbox means it hasn't been sent.
As far as the sigpic goes, that's a photobucket problem. Their site has become such an enormous cluter-f that I don't use them anymore.

Well, that sux. Be damned if I am gonna spend 300 smackers to upgrade to their newer version. Anyone have a suggestion on a different hosting site that doesn't want to drain my feeble bank account?

It really costs $300 to upgrade photobucket so you can have 3rd party hosting? Wow... I would love to meet anyone who paid that. I have... services.. to offer...
