Member list bug [RESOLVED]

When you're looking at the member list, and click on one of the letters to just pull members starting with that letter, an error message is returned:

Not Found

The requested URL /memberlist.php&first_char=n was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
