2 of those were against Talbot

Anyone going to game 3 (if both the Bolts and Rangers make it)...that will probably be the one I go to

I don't think I've ever seen the power play work so well. 4 shots, 4 goals. Wow! Fun stuff. I'll say one thing about the Habs... They don't play the physical style of hockey like Detroit does, but they skate really well. Fortunately for the Lightning, Bishop is on top of his game right now. If not, the Bolts wouldn't be going back to Tampa up 2-0.

In the first 17 minutes of game 2, it looked like Montreal would win 5-0. But the game turned after TB managed to tie it at 1. That power play was on point. I just hope they keep it up (obviously not at the same pace, that's impossible) and don't sink back into another 0 for 23 slump.

I think if we can come out in game 3, get an early lead in the first half of period 1, the series could be on life support. Get an early lead and kill whatever confidence Montreal might have left. Keep scoring goals and putting more and more doubt in Price's mind.

I agree...that sweep would just give the team that much more confidence going into eastern finals.

I was resigned to get up and go to the fridge for another beer and wait for OT to start when, WAM! Goal! Instead of another beer and after I finished jumping around the living room like an idiot as my cats scattered to all corners of the house, I watched the replays, listened to the TJ interview and went to bed.

I'd love to see a payback sweep. Go Bolts!

How do the Lightning stack up against the other teams left? Do they have a great shot at winning the Cup?

Last night's ending was epic. No way should we have won that game. Montreal outplayed us for 2/3 of that game, with Bishop keeping us in it.

Thankfully, we put together an awesome charge in the final minute. I still can't believe it. The puck was in our own zone with 7 seconds left. It's amazing we went 3/4 of the rink to score with 7 seconds left. Hedman's patience on the pass and then the execution on the pass, getting it by the outstretched defender, was absolutely brilliant. Epic ending to the game.

NOW....if the Bolts come out tonight and play like they did last night, Montreal will win 4-0. TB has to be better tonight. They need to play like they're down 3-0 in the series. You don't want to have to go back to Montreal with the Canadiens having any momentum. End it tonight. Get some rest before the next round.

I like our chances against the Caps or Rangers. It'll be a tough series. I don't like our chances against Chicago though. They're the hottest team right now and they obviously have plenty of Stanley Cup experience.

I give them a solid chance. They're going to win this series barring an epic collapse and they'll have a solid chance beating either the Caps or Rangers(Probably Caps) based on our momentum. Beating the Ducks or Chicago will be really tough though

Do we lose anyone this offseason? I'm not up to date on Lightning contracts. I know we have a solid young core, but curious as to any potential key losses after this season?

Looks like I was being modest. I knew if TB didn't play one of their better games of the season last night that Montreal would dominate. I just hope Bishop's confidence isn't shot.

I think game 5 is a must win. Yes, I know it's on the road, but if we lose this one, then ALL pressure will be on us in game 6 at home, and you don't want to go to a game 7 on the road in a 3-game losing streak.

They really haven't played great this series outside of game 2. Bishop really saved their tails in games 1 and 3. They need to step it up. If Montreal wins the next game, momentum can be hard to stop sometimes. This series is not yet over by any means.

Nothing against you're boys, but I'm hoping for a Caps/Lightning conference final because I might be able to see one of the games in DC. It's only a 3-1/2 hour drive for me and if I can get something affordable, I'll definitely go.

That's a minor reason why I want a Bolts/Rangers ECF

Wouldn't surprise me if it does. Sometimes a surge like that can change the momentum of a series. Plus, the Rangers may have finally figured out how to score a goal again. I dunno. We'll see. Game 6 in DC is HUGE....just like I have a feeling game 6 in Tampa Bay will be huge, although I hope and pray it doesn't come to that.

It's not a goal scoring problem.... It's a heart problem

Kreider and Hank are the ONLY 2 guys on the ice that are playing with any

Marty hasn't played with any fire
Rick Nash has COMPLETELY disappeared (what's new)
Boyle is a statue
Yeah Mcdonagh got the game winner last night but he is playing uninspired

Its like they don't care
