Just flipped through the Lightning section of HOF and didn't see anything. Hoping the game is uploaded to YouTube so I can go back and watch.

Until then, I'll take your word for it.

Haven't seen much of the last 2-3 games...been working...but this seems to be what the Bolts have been all year. Hit and miss. I guess we'll see tomorrow night. I expect a solid game from the Bolts. We've done this before. Wouldn't be surprised if Vasy stood on his head and pitched a shutout. He's done it before.

TB 2

PITT 0

IF we put shots on goal, their guy will give 'em up. We just tend to not do that. Try to pass the puck in to the net. Then...SUDDENLY...we'll go balls out and do the opposite. No figuring this team. Pittsburgh's D has been much better than anticipated.

Hedburg has been a disappointment. Our D in general...been tremendous all year...has been a let-down. ]

Can Cooper step up and play the Triplets? Whatever he did in game 6...splitting that line...yeah...didn't work. AT ALL.

I'm not that concerned. Should be a great game. We were here last year, against the Rangers. I expect a win.

I love game 7's. But when my team is involved in one, I hate game 7's. Let's just get this thing over with and somebody tell me who won. I can't even bear to watch. But I'll watch. I still can't bear it.

Just because this is how the ECF played out for us last year doesn't mean it's going to be a repeat event. Too many Bolts fans are falling back on that, I think. Yes, we have that experience of being there, but I'm not going to expect us to win because we pulled out a game 7 win on the road to go to the Finals.

And I see no reason why anyone should pick TB in this game. Pitt has outplayed TB thoroughly in all but probably 4 periods of the entire series. I don't know why we should expect that to all of a sudden change in game 7. Hopefully Cooper has something up his sleeve, but if he did, I would've expected him to use it in game 6. I expect more of the same — Pitt to double us in SOG, the Pens' forecheck to dominate us, Vasy come up with a few big saves but it simply won't be enough. The Penguins are simply the better team.

I'll say Pittsburgh wins, 4-2 (Pens get a late empty netter).

I've only missed one Bolts playoff game this entire postseason (game 4 ECF), but I'll miss tonight's game. I'll be on the road for work so I'll listen on the radio, but still sucks not being able to see it. GO BOLTS!!! Prove me wrong!

I'm fairly certain we are all quite aware of that. I think the point is that their past experience in this same situation gives Bolts fans a reason to be, at the very least, cautiously optimistic that a similar result can happen tonight.

Pens are much stronger than the Rangers from last year.

I don't know why or how anyone expecting Bolts to win tonight.

If we have Ben Bishop back, I'll feel better.

Yeah I think you were quoted earlier in the post and I just never deleted it.

Bishop has been ruled out for tonight. The momentum feels like it should be going Pittsburgh's direction, but this series is just too close. I don't see either team dominating the other. This is going to be a close game. 3-2 style coming down to the last minute. The question is, who gets the lucky bounce?

Good first period on both sides. Both teams playing defensive, dump and chase hockey. Neither team wanting to make a mistake. What you would expect at this venture. Vasy had to make a few more saves than Lightning fans would probably like. Crosby had a nice opportunity at a backhand, Cullen had a nice drive and Kessel towards the end of the period. Malkin had a quality opportunity as well. Hedman just missed Johnson on an easy backdoor shot with about two minutes left. I puckered up a bit on that one.

Pens are looking good at getting back on defense. They keep pinching down a bit more than I would like on the forecheck - I'm always nervous about the Bolts getting that breakaway that they always seem to convert on.

Even on penalties, 1-1. No dice on either side there.

Good first period. Hope for more of the same with a Pens goal mixed in. Lets go baby!

Wow. The Pens came to play.

This game could easily be 7-2 right now. This is just crazy. Need to get another one to find the back of the net.

Hedman, Kucherov, Johnson and Killorn were all super disappointing tonight. We did not look like the team that made it this far, and they should not be proud of this piss poor performance. A shameful way to end a hard fought season. I think Hedman was the biggest let down of the whole series. Showed little competence.

Hats off to the Lightning. It was a great series. The vast majority of people didn't give Tampa a chance before the series, let alone after you lost Bishop. Vasilevskiy was unreal. Un-fucking-real. The kid was on point for the majority of the series and was THE reason Tampa took it to 7.

Hate to see the game winner be on a chip in like that, but that's hockey. Vasy played his ass off tonight and the score could've been a hell of a lot higher if it wasn't for him. Anyone pin pointing to that goal didn't watch the game. The Lightning got outplayed. It just wasn't their night. I'll definitely take the win, but part of me wish the Bolts played like they did for the first ten minutes of the third. Fire the puck on the net. Instead, they tried setting up their plays and it cost them big. 28 shots to 10 at the end of the second.

Great season guys. Keep your heads up.

Lord Stanley, Pittsburgh is headed your way.

Obviously disappointed in the outcome, but the better team did win. Good luck vs the Sharks. It's time to bring the Cup back east for a change.
